Hello! I am a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern who is passionate about helping people who feel stuck. When challenges arise, it’s hard to see the big picture. But I believe the clarity and direction you want is already within you! My role is to help you access that insight.
Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface. As things become clearer, you’ll be able to choose the best path forward for yourself. We will work together to achieve your goals and keep you anchored in what feels best.
I work with individuals and couples using models like Emotional Focused Therapy and Internal Family Systems to help shed light on what it is that’s driving behaviors. Individuals might struggle to lead with their strengths. Couples can easily get lost in the content of their arguments. I truly believe that the healing power of therapy can help all people.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Utah and am completing my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Capella University. Alongside my academic training, raising four children with my husband has given me invaluable real-life experience in growth, communication, and repair.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy staying connected with friends and family, taking daily solo walks, and listening to live music whenever I can.
