It is feeling safe enough to be known by your partner. Many couples find that closeness slowly fades without either person deciding it should. Healing Hearts Counseling helps couples in Murray and across Utah rebuild that closeness using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

How EFT approaches it
EFT is attachment-based. Instead of a list of communication tips, it helps you and your partner see the cycle you are both caught in, understand the needs underneath it, and respond to each other differently. The goal is a secure, responsive connection between you.
Dr. Mallorie Sorce, our founder, is a certified EFT therapist and spent five years at the EFT Clinic in Utah before opening Healing Hearts Counseling.

What to expect
A free 20-minute consultation, a match with a therapist whose specialty fits, then weekly 50-minute sessions in Murray or by video.
