How our therapists work
Our therapists draw on a range of approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, narrative therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, attachment-based work and mindfulness. Which approach you work with depends on the therapist, and each therapist's page describes theirs. We will help you choose in your free 20-minute consultation.

Cost
Sessions are 50 minutes. Rates are posted on each therapist's page and range from $100 to $200. We are a private pay practice, accept HSA and FSA cards and provide a monthly superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement. See how payment works.
Individual therapy questions
Do you offer individual therapy, or only couples therapy?
Both. We see individuals, couples and families, in person at our Murray office or by telehealth anywhere in Utah.
What can I expect in a first session?
Your therapist will ask what brought you in, what you hope to change and what has helped or not helped before. There is no pressure to share more than you are ready to.

We do not bill insurance directly. We accept HSA and FSA cards and provide a monthly superbill you can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Yes. Telehealth is available anywhere in Utah, and you can switch between online and in person without changing therapists.
Is therapy confidential?
Therapy is confidential, with the limited exceptions required by law. Your therapist will explain how confidentiality works at your first session.
