How paying for therapy works here
Healing Hearts Counseling is a private pay practice. We do not bill insurance directly, and we accept HSA and FSA cards.
Many clients still use their insurance benefits. Each month we provide a superbill, an itemized statement of your sessions that you can submit to your insurance company to ask for reimbursement. Whether you are reimbursed, and how much, depends on your plan.

Session rates
Sessions are 50 minutes. Rates are posted on every therapist's page.
- Dr. Mallorie Sorce, LMFT: $200 per session
- Alicia Leitch, AMFT: $125 per session
- Amber Bielinski, ACMHC: $125 per session
- Cheyanne Steinagel, student therapist: $100 per session
- Carissa Deason, student therapist: $100 per session
- Star Widerberg, student therapist: $100 per session
- Donyel Page, student therapist: $100 per session
Checking your out-of-network benefits
If you plan to submit superbills, a quick call to your insurance company will tell you what to expect. Ask:
- Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
- Do I have an out-of-network deductible, and how much of it have I met?
- What percentage of the session fee will be reimbursed?
- How do I submit a claim, and how long does reimbursement take?
