Working with us from St. George

Southern Utah couples work with us entirely by secure video. St. George is around 300 miles from our Murray office, so there is no in-person option here and we would rather say that plainly than bury it.

What telehealth gives you instead is choice. Washington County has a limited number of couples specialists, and a much smaller number who are certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy or trained in sex therapy. On video, being in St. George does not narrow your options at all.

Our therapists are licensed throughout Utah and see couples in St. George, Washington, Hurricane, Ivins and Santa Clara.

We schedule from 8:00am to 10:00pm, seven days a week — and we keep to Mountain Time year-round, which is worth confirming if you are coordinating with anyone in Nevada or Arizona.

Is this entirely online?

Yes. St. George is about a four-hour drive from our office, so every session happens on secure video. We say that up front because the alternative — booking a practice that expects occasional in-person visits — tends to end badly for couples in southern Utah.

Why look outside St. George for a couples therapist?

Usually because of specialisation. If you want a certified EFT therapist, or a practice led by a sexologist, the list in Washington County is short. Telehealth means your search is statewide rather than local, and you are choosing on fit and training rather than on who has an office nearby.

We would rather not see someone locally. Is that a reason to work with you?

Do you have evening and weekend appointments?

We schedule from 8:00am to 10:00pm Mountain Time, seven days a week, including weekends. Evening appointments after 7:00pm are typically the easiest for working couples to protect.
